Motion to Revoke

If you have previously plead guilty to an offense and you were placed on community supervision (probation) and you have violated one or more of the conditions of community supervision, the state may file a Motion to Revoke. This will require you to appear in court before a judge and if any of the allegations presented in the Motion to Revoke are true, you may face the original sentence. This could include going to jail or prison. You need an attorney to represent you at your Motion to Revoke hearing.
