You (and Brian) did a very good job representing your client and
highlighting weaknesses in the prosecution case. You picked up and
highlighted several inconsistencies and mistatements by the
prosecution. We looked very closely at the video and didn't see the
"stagger" as Ms. Johnson turned to exit the video room that the police
video technician testified to. I also found your cross examination of
Officer Peralta was very inciteful especially when you asked him
questions concerning the Romberg test he administered. Also your
emphasis throughout the trial on the lack of those impairment clues we
discussed during the voir dire was something that definitely struck a
chord with all of us on the jury.
